Speed Assessment™ New and Improved

Speed Assessment™ is a new and improved –assessment technique. Speed Assessment™ is applicable with video-conferencing and face to face as well. It is an effective innovation that all the stakeholders benefit from (participant, client company). Speed Assessment™ provides fast scheduling, fast execution, accurate results and fast reporting as well. Speed Assessment has been performed to define participant’s strengths and weaknesses according to pre-defined target competency levels (e.g. from “New Talent” selection up to CEO/GM managerial levels) with five – six different tools in a limited (3h20min.) time frame including instant feedback to participant. In the same scenario, five different exercises are applied by two SpeedAssessors™ to provide best possible objective evaluation.
